نام گذاری قیرها، علائم اختصاری قیر

قیر AC : قیرهای جامد Asphalt Cement که علامت اختصاری آن AC است، قیرهای AC را از تقطیر نفت خام بدست می آورند.

قیر R: نوع دیگر قیر، قیرهای اکسیده یا Robbery or Oxidized Grade  هستند که با علامت اختصاری R نشان داده می شوند. قیرهای R  بوسیله دمیدن هوا در مخلوطی از قیرهای نرم و مواد روغنی تهیه می شود.

قیر CB : قیرهای مایع Cut Backs را با علامت CB نشان می دهند. کات بک قیری است که با استفاده از حلال ها رقیق شده و مایع شده است.

قیر RC: قیر مایع زودگیر Rapid Curing را با علامت اختصاری RC نشان می دهند، قیر RC یک قیر مایع است که بوسیله حلال های سبک تهیه شده است. پس از مصرف حلال قیر RC به سرعت تبخیر شده و قیر خالص برجای می ماند.

قیر MC: قیرهای مایع کندگیر Medium Curing  که با علامت اختصاری MC نشان داده می شود. حلال این نوع قیر مایع به کندی تبخیر می شود و این قیر به کندی سفت می گردد. قیر MC  معروف ترین قیر مایع است.

قیر SC: قیر مایع دیر گیر Slow Curing را با علامت اختصاری SC  نشان می دهند. این نوع قیر خیلی آرام لخته می شود.

La classification du bitume

Il ya beaucoup de différentes sortes de méthodes pour tester les spécifications de bitume sur la base de normes internationales telles que: API, DIN, ASTM et ainsi de suite. Certaines de ces méthodes, qui sont utilisés pour tester la qualité du bitume sont très simples et communs tels que le point de ramollissement, Pénétration et la viscosité. En conséquence, ces tests ont été utilisés pour la classification de bitume couramment.

Le bitume est classé sur la base des résultats obtenus par les méthodes d'essai mentionnés ci-dessus en trois grandes catégories.

1. Pénétration grade du bitume:

Ce type de bitume est produite dans la raffinerie directement ou par un soufflage d'air. La classification de ce bitume est basé sur une gamme de pénétration par exemple pénétration de bitume 60/70 ce qui signifie que la pénétration de ce bitume est comprise entre 60 et 70. 1. Bitume oxydé:

Oxydé bitume est représentée par R (SP) (PEN) dans laquelle SP est adoucissant et PEN est Pénétration en raison R85 / 25 signifier un bitume oxydé avec le point de ramollissement = 85 = 25 et pénétration. Vous pouvez voir les spécifications du R85 / 25 dans ce lien .

1. Grade de viscosité du bitume:

Il a montré que la viscosité peut être utilisé pour la classification du bitume. En comparaison avec pénétration et le point de ramollissement, la classification par la viscosité est pas très commun.Mais il peut être plus précis.

Par conséquent, considéré comme une nouvelle classification pour le bitume est VG-10 à AG-40 basé sur la viscosité.
